By Yeah, we are an IBM house, so sure we are going to say that IBM is pure magic but the following link shows a really good independent look into DB2 Purescale vs Oracle Exadata. The really interesting summary is at 14:45 where Bloor Research said they were expecting a list of positives and negatives for both systems but instead only found one positive on the Exadata side and lots on IBM.
